It's been awhile since I've written about my opinions on the current news stories. Up until now there weren't that many at a time worth commenting about to dedicate an entire entry to. Now there's quite a few..so here goes:MISSING PREGNANT WOMAN FROM CALIFORNIAFrom the very beginning I suspected that her husband was involved. The guy goes on a fishing trip 85 miles away on Christmas Eve leaving his very pregnant wife all alone?? Yeah sure..he's either involved or he's the stupidest person ever to carry a fishing pole in one hand a wedding ring in the other. Now it's being said the guy was having an affair and took out a 250,000 dollar life insurance policy on the wife. Yeah that's not TOO suspicious. The husband is denying these things. Well gee I want to see how he proves that. I saw her family in a tv interview saying how wonderful the marriage of the missing woman and her husband was and how they were convinced he had NOTHING to do with her disappearance. They have since changed their tune to "He did it..hang him!!" I am still hoping this woman will be found alive but if her husband is involved, then her being found alive is about as likely as Iraq becoming the United States' closest ally. IRAQI am so sick of hearing about what's going on in Iraq and what that idiot in a turban is doing. Is it possible we could go ONE day without hearing about either of them?? Yes we all know Sadaam Hussein is a lying bastard..yes we all know he's probably hiding weapons SOMEWHERE..yes we all know he hates the United States..yes we all know that Bush keeps saying that he's running out of time, running out of options..blah blah blah. My questions is why do we need to be reminded 20 times per day, every day?? Just bomb the hell out of the bully wannabe or shut the hell up about it. Jeez..did Hitler get this much nonstop coverage??DOCTOR DOES A DOUBLE MASTECTOMY BY ACCIDENTA doctor tells a woman she has cancer that is VERY bad and she needs both her breasts removed. He removes them then says "Oh sorry, I made a mistake, you don't even have cancer." My response to that would be "Tell me this is an April fool's joke and I won't shove your stethescope where the sun doesn't shine." This is proof of what I have been saying for awhile now. Doctors do NOT know everything yet think they do. In the article I read about this they said her results got mixed with someone else's and the doctor who they wouldn't be identified (typical) was still working at that hospital. They are kidding right?? What are they waiting for?? To see if the breasts grow back and they can avoid a lawsuit?? HA!! Fat chance. I'd be suing this doctor for every penny he ever dreamed of!! "If you're right 99.9999 percent of the time, you don't want to be that .01 percent because the consequences are serious and we have to be right 100 percent of the time," the hospital's medical director said. My response "Well no shit sherlock..tell us something new." Idiots. NORTH KOREAThe comment that I think best fits this situation is from a movie I saw. The comment to North Korea is "Who invited you??" Is North Korea working with Iraq?? Clinton gave this country millions of dollars in exchange for them not making nuclear weapons. Well..I guess the money ran out and here they are making the threats again. That's breach of contract isn't it?? North Korea is nothing more than a blackmailing, double crossing, lying. money hungry piece of land with idiots in control of it. They just want money and if Bush gives in..then what's going to stop other countries from coming around and saying "Hey we want money too..give us money or we'll consider making a few nukes." The United States has said repeatedly that they do not negotiate with terrorists. Well let's see what the United States is doing. They are offering resources, and willing to talk to have them reach a compromise so North Korea doesn't do what it's threatening. Now what does a terrorist do?? They cause terror and want something in order for them not to cause more terror and destruction. Hmm..now call me crazy but I see North Korea as terrorists and the United States doing what it swore it never does. Makes you wonder whose the bigger hypocrite huh??
